Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says his country is in talks with several regional countries to do business in national currencies.
Hassan Rouhani has not accepted Zarifs letter or resignation, saying he is the best candidate to lead the country’s foreign policy at "this hard time".
