Iran's national flag carrier, Iran Air, will resume roundtrip Tehran-Cologne flights from October 30 after a seven-month halt that was caused by the spread of the coronavirus pandemic in Iran and the European country.
The airline announced on Saturday that it will offer weekly flights to the western German city of Cologne on Fridays.
The flight, bearing No. 729, departs from Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport at 05:40 pm local time. The return flight with No. 728 leaves Cologne on the same day at 10:30 pm local time.
The Iranian airline is currently operating weekly flights to German cities of Frankfurt and Hamburg.
