Spokesman of the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran (CAO) Mir-Akbar Razavi says Iran and Nigeria have signed a cooperation document of air transport.
The document was signed on the sidelines of an Iran-Nigeria Joint Commission meeting in the Iranian capital.
Under the terms of the document, seven flights will operate a week between the capitals of the two countries, Razavi said.
The document also allows the airlines of the two countries to launch cargo flights without any limits in terms of capacity.
Iran and Nigeria has previously reached agreements on educational cooperation and student exchange in various fields of aviation.
