Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ICCIMA) will host a trade forum on September 17 to explore economic opportunities between Iran and Burkina Faso.
The event will focus on potential cooperation between the two countries on mining, agricultural and pharmaceutical areas.
Along with business leaders, the ambassadors of the two nations will also attend the event.
Earlier this year, on February 26, Burkina Faso’s Ambassador to Iran, Kaboureh Mohammadi, met with ICCIMA President Samad Hassanzadeh to discuss expanding bilateral ties.
During the meeting, Hassanzadeh highlighted Iran’s readiness to offer technical and engineering services to Burkina Faso, adding that Iran has made significant advancements in the pharmaceutical and medical fields, opening the door for further collaboration.
