The President of Iran Chamber of Commerce said on Wednesday that the Islamic world needs cohesion and stronger joint cooperation more than ever, as he extended Eid al-Adha greetings to Muslim nations.
“The Islamic world today needs unity, convergence and strengthening of joint cooperation more than ever before,” Samad Hassanzadeh said. “Unity among Islamic countries is the key to the dignity, progress and pride of Muslims.”
Hassanzadeh said economic, trade and investment ties among Muslim nations could serve as key symbols of solidarity, adding that chambers of commerce across Islamic countries could act as bridges to expand constructive interactions.
“We are confident that the vast economic capacities of the Islamic world, through empathy and interaction, can pave the way for sustainable growth and the welfare of nations, and the enhancement of the economic power of Islamic countries,” he said.
