Iran-Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce to launch a local branch in Bojnourd

A local branch of Iran-Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce is set to open in Bojnourd, the capital city of the Iranian northeastern province of North Khorasan, according to Saeed Pourabadi, the chairman of Bojnourd Chamber of Commerce.

A local branch of Iran-Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce is set to open in Bojnourd, the capital city of the Iranian northeastern province of North Khorasan, according to Saeed Pourabadi, the chairman of Bojnourd Chamber of Commerce.

A local branch of Iran-Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce is set to open in Bojnourd, the capital city of the Iranian northeastern province of North Khorasan, according to Saeed Pourabadi, the chairman of Bojnourd Chamber of Commerce.

Pourabadi said that the opening of the subsidiary branch is happening in line with the foreign policy of President Ebrahim Raeisi’s government to further expand relations with neighboring countries.  

He added that this local branch will open in the place of Bojnourd Chamber of Commerce.

The necessary negotiations have been made with the chairman of Iran-Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce and it is expected that this local branch will be launched soon, Pourabadi said.

He also believed that the launch of this branch inside Bojnourd Chamber of Commerce will help the issuance of trade visas for Businesspersons of Afghanistan and Iran’s North Khorasan province.

Due to local proximity of Afghanistan and Iran’s North Khorasan province, the Afghan businesspersons have always been interested in making investments in the province.   

North Khorasan province exports products to 22 countries the most exports of which are sent to Afghanistan.
