President of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ICCIMA) Samad Hassanzadeh has urged the need for removing the obstacles on the way of people’s participation in the Iranian economy.
Hassanzadeh made the remarks addressing an ICCIMA Board of Representatives in Tehran on Sunday.
Referring to naming the Persian New Year as the year of “Surge in Production through People’s Participation”, he said that the Iran Chamber of Commerce has proposed a package to the minister of economy for the fulfilment of the motto of the year.
He stressed that the economic activists believe that the surge in production is possible while noting that it largely depends on preparing the grounds for attracting major investments.
Hassanzadeh also elaborated on the second part of the motto of the year and said that participation of people would only be possible through facilitating the participation the people in the economic processes in a direct or legal way.
Referring to some major hurdles on the way of people’s participation in economy, he called for more intensive efforts to lift these hurdles.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he touched upon Iran’s last night retaliatory attack on Zionist targets, noting that the Iranian forces gave a bitter response to the usurping and child-killing regime of Israel.
He said that the Iranian economic activists have always been seeking peace and condemn provocative measures of the Zionist regime.
