Chairman of Iran-Poland Joint Chamber of Commerce Rahim Banamolaei called on both Tehran and Warsaw to launch a direct flight between the two capitals.

He made the suggestion during a ceremony in Tehran on Monday to celebrate the anniversary of opening Iran-Poland Joint Chamber of Commerce.

The ceremony was also participated by Poland’s Ambassador to Iran Maciej Fałkowski, Director of Mediterranean and East Europe Department of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammad Hassan Habibollah Zadeh, and Deputy Head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Ahmad Reza Alaei.

Speaking during the ceremony, the chairman of Iran-Poland Joint Chamber of Commerce referred to huge trade capacities between the two countries, underlining the need for boosting bilateral trade relations.

He said that the joint chamber of commerce is seeking to prepare the ground for businesspersons of the two countries to get more familiar with each other.
