Iran and Vietnam have agreed on the dispatch of two Vietnamese trade delegations to Iran following discussions held during a visit of an Iranian private sector delegation to Vietnam.

Iran and Vietnam have agreed on the dispatch of two Vietnamese trade delegations to Iran following discussions held during a visit of an Iranian private sector delegation to Vietnam.

Led by Ghadir Ghiafeh, the vice president of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA), the Iranian delegation met with members of the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The talks focused on enhancing bilateral trade relations and resolving barriers to cooperation between the two nations.

As part of the agreements, Vietnam will dispatch two trade delegations to participate in Iran Expo and the country’s tourism exhibition.

Additionally, the Iranian delegation is set to tour factories producing home appliances and audio-visual equipment in Vietnam.
