Iran resumes roundtrip flights to Kuwait

Flights from the Iranian cities of Shiraz, Mashhad, Ahvaz and Lar to Kuwait will resume as of Nov. 1, as Kuwait’s National Airlines Company has issued the permit for these flights.

Flights from the Iranian cities of Shiraz, Mashhad, Ahvaz and Lar to Kuwait will resume as of Nov. 1, as Kuwait’s National Airlines Company has issued the permit for these flights.

The flights came to a halt in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak.

The first of these flights will take off on Nov. 1 from Shiraz airport at 3:15 p.m. and land in Kuwait at 7:40 p.m. Return flights will take off from Kuwait on the same day at 8:40 p.m. and land in Shiraz at 10:30 p.m., Mehr News Agency reported.

Shiraz-Kuwait flights will operate once a week on Mondays, with an Airbus A319.
