Minister of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare Hojjat Abdolmaleki in a message stressed that the record of producing cast iron and dry coke of the last 50 years has been broken.
In his twitter post on Sunday, Abdolmaleki said Esfahan Steel Company has set over six production records during the last month of the previous Iranian calendar year.
Esfahan Steel Company set a new the record of production of cast iron which was 2,769,000 tons a year, he added.
He noted that dried coke production hit 1,223,000 tons.
