Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi once again stressed government support for the partnership of the private sector in completion of semi-finished projects.

The president made the remarks in a meeting on Sunday with the board members of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ICCIMA).

Noting that the hurdles on the way of the partnership of the private sector in completion of semi-finished and fast-return projects must be identified and removed, the president assured the representatives of the Iranian private sector that they have the government’s full support in their economic activities.

The president said that the growth of the country’s economy relies on investments of major state companies, non-governmental bodies and the private sector and foreign investments as well.

Raeisi stressed that the private sector investments can play the most vital role in the economic growth of the country.

In the meantime, the board members of Iran Chamber of Commerce also expressed their readiness for full cooperation with the government in different areas and signaled support for economic reforms underway by President Raeisi’s administration.

The private sector representatives stressed that economic reforms are a proper strategy which will serve the benefits of the whole Iranian nation.

They also said that the private sector is ready for contribution to the completion of the government’s semi-finished projects and creating at least one million jobs.
