Iran has lifted all restrictions on domestic airports which were imposed after the country’s harsh response late Saturday to a last week Zionist attack on Iran’s consulate in Damascus. There were reports that Tel Aviv might decide to retaliate.

Ebrahim Moradi, a board member of Tehran’s Mehrabad International Airport, said on Monday that all the flight restrictions on this airport have been canceled and the flights are operating as of 5:30 local time.

He said that the cancellation of restrictions includes all those imposed on different Iranian airports by the country’s Civil Aviation Organization (CAO).

The public relations department of Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport has also announced that the airport has resumed its normal flights as of 6:00 o’clock local time.

Iran launched a swarm of explosive drones and fired missiles at the Zionist targets late on Saturday in retaliation for the regime’s attacks on Iranian consulate in Syria a week earlier.
