Cuba says US sanctions on the Latin American country and Iran have opened a common ground for the two countries to forge special trade ties.
Iranian economic delegation will accompany Foreign Ministry Javad Zarif in his five-state tour to Latin America following the implementation of the nuclear agreement between Iran and the P5+1 group of countries.
