He once again stressed the significance of exports to the Russian market, noting that a working group has been formed with the partnership of Iranian automakers to work on exports to this country.

Referring to the holding of MIMS Automobility Moscow 2022 in the Russian capital in August, Mohebbinejad said that the event brought positive results for Iranian auto spare part producers.

A 160-member Iranian delegation is scheduled to attend an exhibition in Bursa, Turkey within the next few weeks, he said, expressing hope that the exhibition will witness a high level of exchanges between Iranian SMEs with Turkish companies.

The noted that at least 70% of the achievements of the country’s auto industry have been made through efforts by spare parts producers which were done despite tough sanctions on Iran.
