A latest report by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) says Iran has taken one step forward in the world ranking of top economies in 2022.
The report said that Iran’s GDP stood at $1.616 trillion, putting Iran on the 21th place of the world economies in the year under review.
Iran’s 2022 GDP is $161 billion more than figures reported in 2021.
China and the US were the top world economies respectively in 2022, the IMF report said.
