The World Bank (WB) said that the national per capita income of Iranians registered a three percent growth in 2022, adding that Iran ranked 61st among 123 countries in the world in this respect.
In its latest statistics on the national per capita income of people in 123 countries, the World Bank said Iranians’ per capita income considerably improved last year.
The international body put the per capita income of the Iranian people in the reported period at $5.499.
Iran’s national per capita income in 2022 was lower than 60 countries and higher than 62 countries worldwide, the report added.
According to the report, Bermuda had the highest national per capita income rate in 2022, followed by Switzerland and Luxemburg at the second and third places.
Armenia, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, India, Ukraine and Pakistan had lower per capita income rates than Iran in 2022.
