Speaking during a meeting on Tuesday, Samad Hassanzadeh said that a new vision plan is expected to be drafted before the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 2025). He emphasized leveraging expert capacities, including local chambers of commerce, economic organizations, and specialized commissions, to ensure comprehensive planning.

Reflecting on the country’s 20-year Vision 2025, he remarked that today’s industrial achievements, including self-sufficiency in cement and steel production, are the results of past investments and efforts to develop the economy.

Hassanzadeh added that Iran has the economic and human potential to draft scientifically sound plans in various sectors, enabling the country to achieve its set goals.

The Iran Chamber of Commerce president further stressed the importance of investment security as a critical pillar of the new development plan, warning that neglecting investment security drives away financial and human capital, ultimately leading to the migration of skilled labor.
