Rifat Hisarciklioglu, who presides over all the local chambers of commerce across Turkey as well as its Commodity Exchanges, held talks with Gholam Hossein Shafei, President of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) in Tehran on Saturday. The two sides discussed opening of Razi-Kapikoy border, transit and transport cooperation, Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) and other issues.
