Iranian economy has grown by 4.7% in the first half of the current calendar year (March 21 – September 22) compared to last year’s corresponding period, according to new figures provided by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).
The CBI data also stressed that Iran’s economic growth excluding oil revenues stood at 3.6% in the six-month period.
Iran’s Q2 GDP has grown 3.6% compared to that of last year’s corresponding period, according to the CBI data.
It added that the country’s Q2 GDP excluding the oil revenues stood at 2.4%.
The CBI also said that Iran’s gross fixed capital formation (GFCF) has grown by 6.4% in the second quarter of the calendar year in comparison to figures reported in last year’s corresponding period.
